The high pressure of RMB appreciation & the adjustment of exchange rate

In the paper we have analyzed the external and interior factors which may affect the foreign exchange rate of RMB. After a systematic analysis, we put up with the influence for the appreciation of RMB and concluded that: it (the appreciation of RMB)is not a dreadful disaster as many people thought. Furthermore, after detailed analyses, we draw a conclusion that a much more flexible exchange rate system is more suitable to China in the long run which matches to the suitable allocation of domestic economic resources and to the macro-economic stabilization.
