| 摘 要： | 一个班级的学风建设对于本班优秀班级的建立,有着至关重要的影响。文章通过良好的学风建设对大学生成长成才的意义进行研究分析,进而总结出应该从学生、辅导员、学生工作及相关部门等主体入手,采取有效措施,以促进高校良好学风建设。
