| 摘 要： | 旅游院校是培养高素质旅游人才的阵地。目前我国高职院校旅游专业建设与人才的培养与行业发展需求之间存在着某些不相适应的状况，具体表现为高职院校在旅游专业建设和人才培养方面与市场的需求相脱节。人才培养是各旅游院校比拼的生命线，也是学院长足持久发展的供应线。旅游经济需求的复杂性又决定了高职旅游专业建设与人才培养目标的多元性，我们应在科学分析旅游市场需求和受教育者生存发展需求的基础上，准确地把握高职旅游专业建设和人才培养模式的理念与原则，探求工学结合特色，立足现实面向未来，强调基础突出发展。

| Abstract: | Tourism institutions are bases for training high quality talents in tourism. Currently, the construction of the speciality as well its talents training can＇ t meet demands of industry development. In fact, talents training is the life line for institutions as well as providing line for their sustainable developments. The paper advises institutions to take a new way of education, that is, combine education with labour. |
