| Abstract: | The article analyses the importance of setting up a system of false statement in civil compensation, and it expounds the definition, the essential factors, the jurisdiction of responsibilities and calculation of the damage of the false statement.Finally, the article further analyses how to set up and improve the system of the false statement in civil compensation in stock market and puts forward some solutions and suggestions to it. |
