| 摘 要： | 目前，面对日趋激烈的市场竞争，高校学报囿于自身管理机制的束缚及各种因素的限制，已经举步维艰。若要走出困境，谋求生存与发展，必须变革旧的编辑思维方式，创新管理机制，提高编辑部的整体合力，并利用网络信息传播媒介实现学报传统媒体的优势整合，发挥高校学报促进学术交流，扩大传播研究成果的作用。
