社区归属感与社区满意度

采用系统研究模式,验证了在社会转型的今天,社区作为中国城市社会中一种新的社会基本组织形态,已经逐渐被广大市民所普遍认同和接受,成为中国城市社会再组织和城市居民再社会化的工具与载体.其中,居民的社区归属感是决定社区存在和发展的重要前提,它直接来自于居民从社区日常生活中所感受到的满意度,而社区质量又是促进人们对社区满意的根本原因.因此,目前我国城市社区建设的首要任务是努力提高居民的社区生活质量,不断提升人们在社区生活中的满足感,以此促进社区的整体进步.

Community attachment and community contentment

This paper adopts systematical research method to validate that communities have been broadly recognized and accepted by urban residents during the period of social transformation,and the communities have already become tools and carriers of urban society's re-organization and of urban residents' re-socialization.It is believed that community attachment is the important premise for community development,and the degree of community satisfaction is the most important factor of influencing community attachment.On the other side,the quality of community living is the ultimate power to improve community satisfaction.Therefore,the chief task of urban community construction in China is to increase the community living quality and to raise community satisfaction so as to promote the overall improvement of communities.
