| 摘 要： | 结合国内外大用户直购电的实施情况,分析了我国电力市场的特点、大用户直购电的政策环境和在实施大用户直购电过程中出现的一些政策性问题,对在我国电力市场实施大用户直购电的阶段进行了研究,提出了市场管理部门和电网公司应做好的准备工作及相关的政策建议. |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of power market in our country,the policy environment of direct power purchase for large end-user and some policy problems arisen in the process of implementing direct power purchase by large end-user in combination with the implementation situation of direct power purchase both in China and abroad.It also carries out study on implementation stages of direct power purchase in the power market of our country.Preparatory works to be done and relative policy suggestions are proposed for market regulatory institution and power grid companies. |
