| 摘 要： | 高校在对大学生进行马克思主义基本理论和思想政治教育中,教师的信仰起着举足轻重的作用.有科学的马克思主义信仰的教师能够保证授课内容的方向正确性、原则准确性,在教学过程中产生强大的驱动力和影响力,其言传身教对学生产生正面的、积极的引导作用.而缺乏科学的马克思主义信仰的教师则会在教学中带来消极的、负面的影响.所以,必须加强高校师资队伍建设,高校教师必须树立坚定的马克思主义信仰.

| Abstract: | High-school teachers' conviction takes an important role in students' Marxism theory and ideological politics education.A teacher with scientific Marxism will insure his teaching keep in a right track and obey accurate distince.Furthermore,he can convey strong information of driving and effect.His words and action will make positive influence.On the contrary,it will take negative effect.So,we must enhance training teachers,while,high-school teachers must set up lofty Marxism conviction. |
