| 摘 要： | 高校学生党员是我党新生力量的重要来源,是党员队伍中比较特殊的群体,学生党员的质量直接关系着我党的命运和前途。要保证学生党员的质量,学生党员发展的过程就要做到规范化、科学化。文章就如何改进和完善高校党员发展工作进行了探讨并提出了方案,以期能通过完善的发展模式,进而提高学生党员的质量。

| Abstract: | The quality of college student party members who are the important fresh blood and a special group for CPC decides the destiny and future of the Party,and should be guaranteed by a standardized and scientific development,which is proposed in this paper to have an improved developing mode and to enhance the quality. |
