| Abstract: | The key to establish civilized building site is to probe and practice continually. This paper takes the example of No.1 construction company in Shanghai, discussed the four factors such as management standardizing, process controlling institutionally, operating by procedure and establishing safety protection which are the model and drive the construction industry to develop in Shanghai. |
