On Strategic Choice of the Partnership Enterprises in Supply Chain Alliance

In a complex supply chain alliance giant system,which is characterized by its dynamic and nonlinear network structure,whether partnership enterprises in the supply chain alliance could choose right strategy is crucial to the survival and development of enterprises.This paper employs the theory and approach of complex systems engineering to explain the complexity of supply chain alliance system from six aspects,namely,alliance′s hierarchical structure,composition,dynamism,openness,the evolution of the system and the external environment.By use of systems engineering theory and method,the paper establishes process model of strategic choice of complex supply chain alliance system.
