中国再生铝工业逆向物流特点与设计原则

逆向物流随着人们对环保和能源意识的增强日益收到关注和研究。2003年中国再生铝产量达到150万吨，仅次于美国，成为世界第二大再生铝生产大国。但目前正面临着国内废铝回收比率增加、国际废铝来源减少的挑战和机遇。针对中国再生铝工业的具体特点和现状，根据逆向物流管理思想，作者提出了在再生铝工业成功建立逆向物流网络的一些重要考虑因素和设计建议。

Reverse Logistics in China Aluminum Recycling Industry

With the growing concern about environmental protection and energy crisis, reverse logistics has attracted tremendous attention from both academic and business community. China is the second largest country in aluminum recycling industry. At present, the industry is challenged by the decreasing abroad aluminum resource and increasing domestic resource. In this current situation, this paper identifies some key factors and proposes strategic suggestions for reverse logistics practice in aluminum industry.
