| 摘 要： | 对外直接投资是我国企业发展到一定阶段的必然选择，而我国关于对外直接投资的理论研究无疑对于指导我国企业的FDI活动具有重要的意义。因此本文在研究国外对外直接投资理论的基础上，着重综述了我国学者的相关研究成果．以明确以后的方向。
