加入WTO挑战计划经济文化

当前，我国加入WTO的进程在加快。加入WTO必将对中国的计划经济化带来巨大的挑战，因此，从化层面做好“入世”前的准备即实现从计划经济化向市场经济化的转型，对于我国顺利加入WTO并获得益处是至关重要的。本人论述了市场经济化的内涵以及计划经济化的表象，在此基础上提出了实现计划经济化创新的相应对策。

The WTO accession of China may be accomplished soon,which challenges a lot the culture of planned economy.It is important to change the planned economy culture to the market economy one before the final WTO accession so that we can get as many benefits as possible from the accession.The article deals with the contents of market economy culture and conceptions of planned economy culture,on which a strategy to create a new culture of planned economy is based.
