建设环境友好型社会对很多人而言是一个全新的概念，本文通过对该理念历史发展及其实践进行一定的研究，并引入东营市的例子作为借鉴，总结出建设环境友好型社会，就是要达到人与自然的和谐共生，经济建设与环境保护的协调发展，打造“蓝天、碧水、青山、生态家园”的人居环境，走生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展之路。

It's a new concept for most people which is to build the friendship environment society, we study its history and experience, take DONGYING city as an example in this article, The results reveal the key of building the friendship environment society is that mankind and nature exist in harmony, the economics construction and the environment protection developes in harmony, creating environment to be blue sky, green water, green mountain and ecological home. Thus we can live in a rich society, a developing society and the ecological society.
