| 摘 要： | 声像档案是指生产、生活中形成的应当保存的声像资料,这方面的资料在现代档案管理中的比重有增加的趋势,并且在档案利用过程中也发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是由于种种原因,声像档案的管理工作还存在一些问题,所以,必须采取有效措施,加强和提高声像档案的管理工作。

| Abstract: | The audio and video files is the audio-visual information that formed in the production and living which should be kept, this information has increased proportion in the modern records management and archives use of the process is also playing an increasingly important effect. However, due to various reasons, the management of audio and video files still has some problems, so, we must take effective measures to strengthen and improve the management of audio-visual archives. |
