| Abstract: | The requirement of property right system and the real needs of economic development indicates that the reform of property right system is the only way the enterprises in Qiqihaer extricate themselves from a predicament and enter into the developing path of market economy. So it is an urgent task to adjust economy structure and set up the modern enterprises system. |
