| 摘 要： | 利用中国人民大学人口与发展研究中心2009年在北京朝阳区、广东东莞市和浙江诸暨市组织进行的流动人口调查数据,研究梯次流动对流动人口居留意愿的影响。地理梯次流动和职业梯次流动对流动人口的居留意愿有显著影响,地理梯次流动会弱化流动人口的长期居留意愿,而职业梯次流动会显著促进流动人口的长期居留意愿。

| Abstract: | Using data collected by Center for Population and Development of Renmin University of China in 2009 at Chaoyang district of Beijing,Dongguan city of Guangdong province and Zhuji city of Zhejiang province,this paper does empirical research about the influence of laddering migration of China's floating population on residing preference. Then we find that floating population's geographical laddering migration,occupational laddering migration effect floating population's residing preference,geographical laddering migration weaken floating population's long term residing preference,while occupational laddering migration promote floating population's long term residing preference. |
