| 摘 要： | 培养高技能应用型人才是高职教育的特点，实施“双证书”教育是培养高技能型人才的有效途径。文中立足航海类职业教育，深入研究“双证书”制教学平台现状及存在的问题，探讨完善教学平台的可行性方案。
