大力发展农产品加工业促进农村工业化城镇化和农业现代化协调发展

农产品加工业的发展，对促进农业资源的多级利用、进行精深产品的系列加工增值、延长产业链条、吸纳农村富余劳动力、推进农村城市化进程和相关产业的发展都将起到积极的作用。文中介绍了湖北省农产品加工的产业基础，分析了湖北省农产品加工产业发展的优势与不足，指出湖北省农产品加工产业的迅猛发展需要做到：加强农产品原料生产基地建设；突出重点，壮大龙头企业；发挥我省优势教育资源，提高农产品加工技术创新能力；扶持现代物流企业发展，着力开拓销售市场；加大政策扶持力度，建立有效的产业发展激励机制。

Strive to Develop Agriculture Production Industry, and Promote the Harmonious Development of Rural Industrialization, Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization

The development of agriculture production industry has a positive effect on the promotion of multi - level utilization of agricultural resources, the serial and intensive processing and appreciation of products, the extension of industrial chain, the absorption of surplus rural labor, the advance of rural urbanization course and the development of related industry. This paper introduces the industrial basis of agriculture products processing in Hubei Province, and analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of the development of agriculture products processing in Hubei Province. It points out that if the agriculture production industry in Hubei Province wants to develop rapidly, following things must be done： strengthen the construction of agricultural raw materials manufacturing base;make the focal points stand out and expand the leading enterprises;give play to our province＇s advanced education resources to improve the technological innovative ability of agriculture products processing; give support to the development of modern logistics enterprises and spare no effort to exploit sales market;strengthen policy supports and establish the effective incentive system of industrial development.
