Standard Management and Flexible Management of Corporate Administration in Knowledge-Based Economy

Standard management, which has played an important role in the corporate development during the agricultural and industrial economy age, is a milestone of contemporary management of enterprises in the western world. However, changes of corporate environment are now challenging the traditional administrative mode in the age of knowledge - based economy.
