河南省高速公路发展的现状与对策研究

高速公路是现代化交通的重要形式之一,是推动地方经济发展的重要基础设施,为国民经济发展起着日益突出的多方面拉动作用。河南省作为中部崛起的领头省份,截止到2006年,河南省高速公路通车总里程达2678公里,位居全国第6位,居于中西部省份的第一位。本文针对河南省高速公路发展的现状,并就发展过程中存在的问题寻找一种更为科学有效的途径,明晰我省高速公路发展的战略对策,以树立河南高速公路的积极形象。

A Study of the Present Situation of Henan Expressway Development and Countermeasures

Expressway is one of important modern transportation means and the important infrastructure to impel local economic development,and plays an increasingly outstanding role in the development of national economy.Henan Province,as the leading province in the rising of central China,has 2,678 kilometers' expressway open to traffic till the year 2006,and comes the sixth in the whole country and first in the mid-west provinces.In the light of the present situation of Henan expressway development,the author tries to seek a more scientific and effective solution to the problem existing in the developing process,define the strategic countermeasures for the expressway development of our province in order to set up a positive image for Henan expressway.
