| 摘 要： | 近几年来,我国的再就业工作取得了一定的成效,但形势依然严峻,压力很大。本文试图对中部省份安徽的再就业现状进行分析,介绍该省促进再就业的政策措施与成效,探讨造成再就业难的主要原因,根据省情提出解决下岗失业人员再就业的对策。

| Abstract: | China get some good effect on re-obtain employment in those years,but it is still serious and is a big pressure for China.This article analyses the re-obtain employment actual status in Anhui,mid province of China,introduces Anhui government accelerates the re-obtain employment policy and its effect, discusses the main reason makes it is difficult for the re-obtain employment.The article will also raise a point of re-obtain employment method to decrease Anhui unemployed jobless man based on the Anhui fact. |
