| 摘 要： | 本文从经济发展方式的内涵出发,对我国17个典型资源型地区的经济增长目标的转变、经济发展动力的转变、经济发展约束的转变和经济发展成果的转变构建了指标评价体系,并对2001~2010年间的发展方式转变程度进行测评,结果发现:近10年,资源型地区经济发展方式转变没有随着经济高速增长同步变化,主要原因是发展动力和发展约束的制约以及发展成果分享的不公平性等方面的问题,最后提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the connotations of economic development pattern,we set up the indices evaluation system for variations in the targets of economic growth,the dynamics of economic development,and the limitations of economic development as well as the fruits of economic development in seventeen typical resource-based regions in China.In addition,we evaluate the extent to which the economic development pattern varies from 2001 to 2010.We find that during this decade the economic development pattern in the resource-based regions does not vary according to rapidly growing economy,and the reasons are mainly that the dynamics of economic development and the limitations of economic development are restricted,and the fruits of economic development are shared unfairly among social members.Finally,we make corresponding suggestions. |
