| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化和区域经济合作加快发展的新形势下，加强环渤海创意产业合作对于促进这一地区经济社会共同繁荣，增强区域整体实力和综合竞争力具有重要的战略意义。文章对建立环渤海创意产业区域协作机制进行探讨，包括建立稳定的磋商协调机制、建立区域规划协作机制、建立产业与市场融合机制、建立合理的人才流动机制、建立知识产权保护机制、建立现代投融资机制等。
