论人力资本参与企业收益分配策略

摘    要:
人力资本参与企业收益分配是社会经济向前发展过程中的必然趋势,由于科学技术的发展和知识经济的到来,一种原来内生依附于劳动的人力资本日益引起人们的关注,现在人力资本作为独立出来的一种生产要素将如何按贡献参与企业收益分配也引发了人们的一系列思考和探索。本文将从人力资本和企业收益的内涵、人力资本参与企业收益分配的现实意义、面临的挑战、理论依据等方面来具体分析人力资本参与企业收益分配的必然性、可行性和必要性。

Abstract:
It's a natural tendency for human capital to get involved in enterprise profit distribution in the development of the socialist economy.Because of the development of science and technology and the arrival of knowledge economy,human capital originally attached to labor has been increasingly focused.As one of the independent production factors,the way human capital involves in enterprise profit distribution has been discussed and researched.This paper analyzes the inevitability,feasibility,and necessity of the involvement of human capital in enterprise profit distribution through the research on the connotation of human capital and enterprise profit,present significance,challenge faced,and the theoretical foundation.
