随着金融全球化、自由化进程的加快,金融的脆弱性也日渐显现;而我国正处于经济转轨的敏感时期及存在信息不对称、公司治理结构的不完善等一系列的市场缺陷,因此,依法维护资本市场的安全与效率将成为国家经济稳健发展的核心内容之一。为此,我们应制定适度从严的资本市场金融监管标准,培育“中强式资本市场效率”。
