FDI对河南省工业部门技术溢出效应的实证研究

河南省作为中部大省,近年来引进FD（I外商直接投资）的步伐在逐步加大。借助柯布——道格拉斯生产函数建立模型,利用河南省近几年引进FDI和工业部门的相关统计数据进行回归分析,结果表明FDI对河南省工业部门产生了较为明显的正技术溢出效应。在此结论的基础上提出政府适当引导、鼓励研发活动、重视人才引进及使用等措施建议。

An Empirical Study of FDI Technology Spillover Effect on Henan's industrial sector

As the central province, Henan introduced FDI （foreign direct investment） was enlarging the step gradually in recent years. Based on the data of foreign direct investment in Henan, this paper tries to establish a regression model by Cobb-Douglas production function, evaluating the technological spilIover effect on Henan＇s industrial sector. Outcomes suggest that foreign direct investment have produced a significant positive spillover effect on Henan＇s industrial sector. On the basis of the final dissertation ,particular solutions are concluded to assist the city in attracting foreign direct investment and increasing technological spillover effect of Henan.
