| Abstract: | This paper analyses the limitations of cognitive evaluation theory according to the development of self-determination theory,clarifies and analyses the essential contents and logic mechanism of self-determination theory, analyses the applications of self-determination theory in organizational behavior field, discusses the suggestions for researches and practices of management from self-determination theory. |
