消失模铸件的常见缺陷及对策

消失模铸造的工艺过程比传统的粘土砂铸造工艺简单得多。它的特点是铸件精度高,消失模铸造是一种近无余量、精确成形的新工艺,由于其本身的工艺特点,容易产生铸钢件增碳、表面皱皮、铸铁件炭黑、粘砂、塌箱、针刺和节瘤等缺陷。这些缺陷使铸件的强度、塑性、韧性及硬度等力学性能下降,表面光洁度下降,对后续的机械加工造成困难,甚至是整个铸件报废。本文对这些缺陷进行了分析并提出了对策。
