高职教师如何在教学中占领主导地位

摘    要:文章根据德国的高职教学理念和作者多年的高职教学经验,提出高职教师只有占领了主导地位,才能将学生引入主体地位,变学生的被动学习为主动学习,才能真正将学生培养成高素质应用型技能人才。而高职教师怎样才能守得住自己的主导地位呢?这是很值得我们思考、研究的问题,文中就这一问题从思想观念到操作方法做了详细的论证,提出高职教师只有从思想上改变传统的观念,变主体为主导。将自己从知识传授者的角色变为学生学习过程的引导者、咨询者和促进者。教学前做足准备,设计出高质量的学习情境,才能掌控全局,才可占得住自己的主导地位,将学生引入主体之位,达到高职教育的目的。

Abstract:This article according to German the quality teaching idea and the author's many year quality teaching experience,proposed the quality teacher only then to seize the dominant position,could introduce the student the main body status,changed student's passive study is the initiative study,could raise truly the student the high quality application skill talented person.But how can the quality teacher be able to defend own dominant position? This is worth us pondering very much,the research question,in the article has made the detailed proof on this question from the thought idea to the operating procedure,proposes the quality teacher only then to change traditional from the thought the idea,changes the main body is the leadership.Becomes the guide,the consultant and the promoter own from the knowledge initiator's role who the student studies the process.In front of the teaching,teachers should make sufficient preparations,design the high grade study situation,and control overall situation,only then be possible to occupy lives own dominant position,introduces the student position of the main body,achieve the quality education the goal.
