| 摘 要： | 总结了福建省林业融资面临的困难:林业小额贷款发展缓慢,贷款期限过短,贷款利率偏高,抵押物处置困难,森林保险缺乏等问题。对福建永安、屏南等地的林权抵押贷款模式进行了介绍与分析,并汇总了福建省林业融资试点成果,提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the financing problems in the forestry industry of Fujian Province,such as slow development of micro-credit forestry,too short loan periods,high interest rates,difficulties in the disposal of collateral,lack of forest insurance,and investigates the cases of forestry property rights mortgage loans in Yongan and Pingnan.Then this paper summarizes the achievements of the financing reform in Fujian Province,and makes some suggestions. |
