| Abstract: | The development of e-commerce produced an enormous change to logistics distribution model. The paper takes the development of distribution process of Alibaba as an example, analyses the reasons for the failure of Alib- aba distribution mode selection and gives several suggestions for the e-commerce retail enterprises to choose suitable logistics distribution model. |
