高职院校干部队伍建设的调查与思考——以烟台工程职业技术学院为例

解放思想，开拓创新，强化内涵建设，努力建设高水平高职院校，对高职院校干部队伍素质提出了更新、更高的要求。打造一支高素质的干部队伍，是摆在高职院校面前的一项重要课题。以烟台工程职业技术学院为例，对高职院校干部队伍建设进行调查，总结主要做法和成效，发现存在的问题，并有针对性地提出相应的对策和建议。

Investigation and Thoughts on Construction of Cadre Troupe in Higher Vocational College： A Case Study of Yantai Engineering and Technology College

Emancipating the mind, pioneering and making innovations, strengthening the building of connotation and striving to build high-level vocational colleges, all these have brought forth newer and higher requirements for the cadre troop quality of higher vocational colleges. How to build a contingent of high caliber leading cadres is an important subject which is placed in front of higher vocational colleges. Taking Yantai Engineering ＆ Technology College as an example, this paper investigates the construction of cadre troupe in higher vocational colleges, sum- marizes the main measures and effects, founds the problems and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestion.
