在新医改的推动下,大学生这一特殊群体被纳入到了城镇居民医疗保险范围,这对满足大学生基本医疗需求,减轻患病大学生家庭经济负担起到了举足轻重的作用.但大学生参与城镇居民医疗保险同样也面临诸多问题,尤其是在地方高校,部分大学生对医疗保险缺乏信赖,参保意愿不强,使这一制度的可持续发展缺乏坚实的基础.因此,有必要深入分析原因并提出应对之策,推进合作医疗健康发展.
