After "transitional period",free trade and free investment is an objective tendency in China.Because of the shortcomings in China's foreign trade development,China need innovate its foreign trade strategy,set up a new long-term mechanism in promoting exporting and industrial protection,shift China's relative advantages from labor source to technology,brands and other aspects,enhance China's position in international division of labor and de-velop into a powerful country in foreign trade.
