| 摘 要： | 受到全球气候变暖的影响,高温已成为一种自然灾害。高温条件下保护劳动者已成为一个复杂的涉及民生、公共政策和公平正义的问题。加强高温劳动保护,保障公民的生命与健康,是21世纪公民社会发展的必然。需要我们完善高温保护立法、加强高温管理和预防、培养劳动者高温维权意识和能力来实现劳动者的高温保护权利。 |

| Abstract: | Influenced by Global Warming,high temperature has become a natural disaster,and a complicated issue concerning people's livelihood,public policy,fairness and justice.Strengthening labor protection against high temperature to guarantee life and safety of citizens is necessary in society,which needs us to perfect legislation on high-temperature protection,strengthen management and precaution concerning high temperature,and cultivate laborers' consciousness to protect their rights. |
