企业社会责任与对外经济贸易

随着经济全球化的发展 ,特别是西方发达国家的推动 ,企业的社会责任日益重要。在对外贸易活动中 ,企业是否承担社会责任已经成为企业与跨国公司经济合作和进行对外贸易的必要条件。本文阐述了企业的社会责任 ,以及企业社会责任标准对对外经济贸易的影响 ,研究了中国企业在社会责任方面面临的问题 ,提出了相应的对策。

CORPORATE SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY AND FOREIGN TRADE

With the development of economic globalization,corporate social accountability plays a more and more important role in the foreign trade business,and whether or not the enterprises take social accountability becomes a significant criterion of evaluating enterprises.This paper analyses the theory of corporate social accountability,and its influences on foreign trade,then puts forward effective measures for Chinese enterprises to cope with.
