摘    要:中职(技工)学校是为社会主义现代化建设培养大批高素质技能型劳动者的主阵地,髙职学生素质的高低,对我国产业大军的素质影响很大,直接关系到经济社会的发展。中职(技工)学校德育工作的目的就是加强中职(技工)生参于社会竞争的综合竞争力,德育工作的理念就是要突出贴近学生,贴近实际,贴近生活的"三贴近"原则。本校从办校实际出发,提出移植水电八局先进企业文化的基因,解决"学生的成长、成才"过程中存在的问题,取得了一定的成效,将立德树人的根本任务落到实处。

Abstract:Vocational (mechanic) school is the main front to train a large number of highly qualified skilled workers for the socialist modernization. The quality level of vocattional students has great influence for the quality of the industrial army, directly related to the economic and social development. The purpose of the vocational (mechanic) school moral education is to strengthen vocational (mechanic) students participate in the comprehensive competitiveness of social competition, the concept of moral education is to highlight the close student, close to reality, and close to "three close" the principle of life. From the reality, this school proposes to implant hydropower eight innings advanced enterprise culture genes to solve problems in the process of "the growth of students", and gets some success, implements fundamental task of establishing moral and teaching students.
