海上平台电子机柜的刚度及隔振的选型研究

摘    要:电子机柜在海洋石油行业一直被看作附属产品,并不被重视。但是优质的机柜保证了柜内设备的安全运行,不受外界侵扰,保证了操作者的人身安全,在整个系统中起着至关重要的作用。为保证机柜在贮存、安装和使用中能够经受包括环境条件在内的各种考验,在机柜的选型时有很多需要考虑的方面,本文主要从分析机柜多重载荷的角度,参考相关标准规范,提出电子机柜刚度的选型要求,如需要还要采取一定的隔振手段,以确保机柜在内外部载荷的作用下,不产生永久性变形或疲劳损坏。

Abstract:Electronic cabinet is always regarded as ancillary products in the offshore oil industry, and not taken seriously. But a cabinet with good quality ensure the safe operation of equipment in cabinet, protect from external interference and ensure the safety of the operator, it plays a crucial role in the system. To ensure the cabinets can withstand various tests including environmental conditions during storage, installation and use, when selecting the proper cabinet, there are many aspects need to be considered. This paper is presented from the perspective of analyzing multiple loads, refer to the relevant standards and specifications, and make requirements of the rigidity of electronic cabinet. If needed, take certain vibration isolation to ensure that the cabinet does not produce permanent deformation or fatigue damage under internal and external loads.
