Discussion on the Training Mode of Government Professional Fire Force

To resolve the problem of government professional fire force training enthusiasm not enough, this paper proposes to locating the position of the battlefield accurately, planning career legitimately, grouping fire forces scientifically, establishing the growth mechanism perfectly, improving the level of training for government professional fire force effectively.
