摘    要:客户价值是企业在市场竞争上可创造有力的条件之一,只有追求更高更多的客户价值,才会使企业在愈演愈烈的商业竞争道路上保持自我的优势,不至于被市场所淘汰。为了保持企业的持续发展,了解客户价值对企业发展的重要性,并对客户价值进行研究是必不可少的一项任务。

Abstract:The customer value is one of the strong conditions for the enterprise in the market competition. Only the pursuit of higher customer value will make the enterprise keep the advantage of self in the intensified business competition and not be eliminated by the market. To ensure the enterprise development, it is essential to understand the importance of customer value for the enterprise development and study the customer value.
