| 摘 要： | 近年来高职教育迅猛发展,培养了一大批具有专门知识的技能型人才,为我国的经济发展做出了很大的贡献。但同时也被"就业难""技工荒"所困扰。文章从我国高职人才培养目标入手,通过对国内外高职人才培养现状的分析,提出服务地方经济,创新高职人才培养。

| Abstract: | In recent years, higher vocational education has got rapid development, and cultivated a large number of skilled talents with specialized knowledge, which has made great contribution to the economic development of China. But at the same time, there is the problem of ＂employment difficulty＂ and ＂skilled worker shortage＂. Starting from the higher vocational talents training target in China, this article analyzes the current situation of higher vocational talents training at home and abroad, and puts forward to carry out innovation of higher vocational talents training to serve the local economy. |
