| Abstract: | Based on the general investigation of the warehousing personnel recruitment in logistics enterprise, this paper analyzes and sorts out a set of warehousing personnel scheme which is suitable to the current situation of China＇s enterprises, and proposes appropriate recommendations and strategies as reference. |
