论大学毕业生就业难原因分析及对策研究

大学生就业是重要的民生工作,关系到社会的稳定和千家万户的幸福。大学毕业生就业越来越难的形势,已引起了全社会普遍关注。高校毕业生就业难原因是多方面的,如何破解就业难、难就业问题进行了研究,提出的对策为:积极引导并实现大学生转变就业观念,到国家和社会需要的岗位大显身手;同时也要进一步推进教育改革,适应社会形势的变化发展,调整人才培养模式;加快产业经济结构的更新换代,创造新的就业岗位,全力推进就业;加强创业教育,为毕业生自主创业提供相关政策及资金支持。

Analysis of the Causes and Countermeasures of Difficult Employment of University Graduates

The employment of college students is an important work of the people＇s livelihood, which relates to social stability and happiness of thousands of households. The employment situation is more and more difficult for university graduates, and has been paid more attention from the whole society. The employment of college graduates caused by many reasons, this paper discusses how to solve the problems of difficult employment and proposed countermeasures： actively guide college students to change their concept of employment;further promote the education reform to adapt to the change of the social development and adjust the personnel training mode; speed up the industrial structure upgrading to create new jobs and promote employment; strengthen entrepreneurship education to provide related policy and funding support for the graduates to start their own business.
