| 摘 要： | 2013年10月1日,《旅游法》正式颁布实施,对整个旅游行业可谓一次不小的"地震",旅游从业者的相关规范也是其中的焦点问题。本文从导游群体权益缺失的原因入手,并结合《旅游法》及相关法律、法规就旅游从业人员相关权益进行评析,试图对旅游从业者的执业困惑提出建设性的意见和措施。

| Abstract: | Tourism Law was formally promulgated on October 1, 2013, which can be described as a big ＆quot;earthquake＆quot; to the entire tourism industry, so the specifications related to the tourism practitioners are also the focus. From the reasons for lack of interest in tour groups, combined with Travel Law and relevant laws and regulations, this paper assessed the relevant interests of tourism practitioners, trying to put forward constructive suggestions and measures on tourism practitioners＆#39; practicing confusion. |
