| 摘 要： | 随着信息化程度的不断深入,人事工作对人事档案的依赖性越来越强,加快高校人事档案管理信息化建设迫在眉睫。本文阐述了高校人事档案信息化管理的涵义及基本内容,深度分析了当前高校人事档案管理信息化存在的主要问题,并提出了解决问题的相应对策。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of degree of informatization, the dependency of personnel work to personnel file is more and more strong, speed up the informatization construction of university personnel file management is imminent. This article explained the meaning and the basic content of college personnel file informatization management, in-depth analyzed the main problem in the current university personnel file informatization management, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem. |
