| 摘 要： | 农业产业集群是凭借农业资源优势,在农村地域范围内,由农户、农业加工企业、流通企业等竞合而形成的一种产业集聚组织,是农业产业化发展的一种有效模式,它的培育与发展对于农村市场体系结构的健全与功能的完善有着不可估量的作用。为此从农村市场体系内部结构的健全和功能效果的发挥两方面探讨农业产业集群对其的作用机理,并参考陕西韩城花椒产业集群的发展,从集群的角度为培育富有生机和活力的农村市场提供政策建议。

| Abstract: | Agricultural industry cluster is a kind of clustering organization based on agricultural resource advantages in rural areas.It is stimulated and formed by the competition and corporation of peasant household,agricultural processing enterprise,and circulation enterprise,etc.Its cultivation and development has inestimable function on the improvement of rural market structure.From the aspects of rural market inner structure and function,the paper inquires into its functional mechanism referring to the Chinese prickly ash industry cluster development in Han City' Shaanxi province.It proposes some policy advice on how to cultivate vital and vigor rural market. |
