| 摘 要： | 将纯化的玉米褪绿斑驳病毒（Maize chlorotic mottle virus）制剂免疫家兔，获得兔多克隆抗体；将纯化的玉米褪绿斑驳病毒制剂免疫BALB/c小鼠，用杂交瘤细胞技术获得1株分泌玉米褪绿斑驳病毒单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株并制备腹水抗体。研制了多克隆抗体为包被抗体，单克隆抗体为检测抗体的TAS-ELISA试剂盒。

| Abstract: | Rabbit polyclonal antibody againstMaize chlorotic mottle virus was produced. One hybridoma cell line secreting monoclonal antibody against MCMV was produced by hybridoma technology. A rabbit polyclonal antibody for capture and a monoclonal antibody as detection formed TAS-ELISA kit. |
