| 摘 要： | 非主流企业理论认为企业组织是企业边界的核心。企业作为一个合作的生产团队,通过默会知识的传递,形成了合作性的惯例模式。一方面,组织吸收和消化外部知识,一方面传递内部知识。不同的知识传递系统,形成不同的组织模式,最终影响企业的边界。 |

| Abstract: | Non-mainstream enterprise theory regards business organization as the core of enterprise boundary.As a cooperative productive team,enterprise has formed cooperative practices mode through transmit knowledge.On the one hand,business organization absorbs and digests external knowledge;on the other hand,it can transmit internal knowledge.Different knowledge transmit system forms different organization pattern,and finally influence the boundary of firm. |
